Revisiting POSH Act to make it equitable for all persons

We are constantly actioning upon new things such as mental health, fitness, and sensitisation towards employees of colours and ethnicities, humans as a single unit require protection from any form of harassment or abuse, regardless of whether these encounters happen in the office, or in a remote workspace such as virtual meetings, messages, etc.As more companies adopt this policy, we will see a much better workspace with happier employees and therefore increased growth for businesses and humanity as a whole.
